Bimbo: an attractive but stupid, pliable young woman.

Why bimbos make good girlfriends:

1. They boost your ego.
They are stupid.
No matter how stupid you are, you will still look smarter than her.

2. They look good.
Bimbos, as the definition states, MUST be attractive.
No matter how ugly you are, seriously, nobody will look at you and wonder "Why is this hot chick with such a fugly guy?" because there is probably a reason why she is with you (this is not the case vice-versa: Somehow, people question more when a fugly girl is with a damn hot guy) Does anyone know why?

3. They will always listen to you.
They are pliable, i.e. to say, they are so naive that they will take whatever you say readily. No questions asked. Which makes it very easy to bluff them and because of this, you can be sure that they are very compliant. Nice to have girlfriend who always listens to you.

Of course, there are bad points to dating a bimbo. However, if you are in a relationship with one due to any of the above reasons, you need to understand that all the other bad sides/characteristics stem from the above 3 characteristics. Bimbos are so stupid that they only know (and hence only bother) about those 3 things, i.e. not want to know more in life, only wants to look good and doesn't know anything so whatever you say goes. So don't you dare get irritated when your girlfriend doesn't know who Andrew Lloyd Webber is while watching the Phantom of the Opera with you. It's not her fault. It's yours. You chose her. (To my bimbo friend who really did that: I still love you!!!)

Unfortunately people always want to take only the good but not the bad because it is simply in human nature to only want the good things in life!

But what if the good and the bad characteristics of the person stem from the same fundamental nature of the person? What if you fell for her because she is a very confident and firm-minded girl (unlike other insecure girls) but you don't like her stubbornness? What if you fell for her because she is drop dead gorgeous but don't like the fact that she is very vain and makes you wait 3 hours while she does her make-up? What if you love your bimbo girlfriend because she always listens to you and boosts your ego but you start questioning whether you should be with her when she says that all she wants to do is shop?

Ironically, some couples break up because one party realises that he/she cannot tolerate the trait which is the fundamental trait that attracted him/her to the other party. What couples need to learn is that love is acceptance. And acceptance means accepting both the good AND the bad. Sounds easy? Apparently not.
